They are searching for home. My new study with Lifeway Girls, Come Home: God’s Invitation to Belong and Be Loved, is a thoughtful adaptation of my women’s study Come Home, in which we trace God’s promise of home through Scripture. If there’s a teen girl in your life, I hope you’ll consider doing this study with her. Together, you can hunker down within the covers of the Bible and learn the story that points us home. It’s my prayer that God’s story will reorient her inner GPS, will help her recognize God’s invitation, and will reveal to her the Way, Jesus, who has made it so we can belong and be loved in God’s family forever.
