2/6/21: This morning I was telling Max that his birthday is special to me too, because 4 years ago today, I became a mom for the second time. Without an ounce of hesitation, and matter-of-factly af, he replied, ‘annnnnd you had the best son ever.’

Interrupting our laughter, he came right back even more confident— ‘I bet you still can’t believe you had the perfect son!’

I absolutely CAN believe it, and I’m deeply grateful. Happy 4th lil’ dude! We love you!!!
