The start of a new year always brings with it a feeling of wanting to do something a little bit different. With winter in full swing, we normally find ourselves bundled up in neutrals that reflect the weather and mood of the season. This new year, I am intentionally trying to break away from this mindset, embracing bright colors and patterns in everything from clothing to home decor. I purposely asked for brightly colored gifts this past Christmas, and am now so enamored with all things bold and beautiful, and the fun and energy that winter brights can bring!
Pullover Sweater
Pairing a colorful sweater with jeans is an easy way to brighten up any winter day. I love Rose Carmine’s sweaters like this one and this one, as well as this cardigan.
Fleece Jacket
This vintage-style bubble gum pink sherpa jacket is an easy piece to throw on as an extra layer under a puffer or on its own.
Reversible Puffer Jacket
I wore this reversible color block puffer jacket on our recent trip (seen here) and it was the perfect layer to keep me extra warm, while remaining fun and bright.
