When did you know somebody who woke up early for the fun of it? Effective morning routines only work if you have a reason to wake up. The right nutrition is scientifically proven to make you more attractive, but it can also help streamline your morning routine.
I'll give you an example: I drink a full glass of water every morning after I wake up. Why? Not only does it promote healthy hydration, but it also forces me to use the restroom shortly thereafter. This means I can't go to bed whether I like it or not.
If your motivation for waking up is hitting the gym, for instance, you want to supplement those gains with a full breakfast to meet the body's demand.
3. Start The Day Sweating
