Faithfull The Brand Swimsuit and Sarong
Though the weather has been chilly in Charleston, our recent trip to the Bahamas was filled with warm, sunny days perfect for the beach and pool. I always like to wear a wrap or pareo over my swimsuit for a stylish alternative to shorts or a traditional swimsuit cover-up. Whether my swimsuit and wrap share a matching print, complimentary shade, or a variation of both, the end result always looks chic. These vacation worthy wraps and pareo styles can also be matched with a simple tee or button down blouse with rolled sleeves, tied at the waste and a pair of sandals for an afternoon of shopping. Whatever the combination, beach and pool clothing should be comfortable and easy to carry in a tote or beach bag. Below is a beautiful collection of swimsuits, wraps and pareos to add a refined style to spring and summer warm weather days ahead.
Hand Block Printed Pareo
India Amory is one of my favorite go-to sources for beautiful block print table wear. But I am equally excited about the wonderful pareos with a similar aesthetic. For my sister’s bachelorette party in Miami last year, I brought each of the girls a different pareo from the India Armory collection, which make perfect swimsuit coverups (seen here) as well as scarves to dress up a white or neutral tee (as seen here).
Fruit Printed Swimsuit
I was instantly drawn to the whimsical fruit print of this one piece by Agua de Bendita. The square neckline is flattering on just about anyone. This style would be particular fun paired with these peach earrings from Mercedes Salazar.
Smocked Bikini
I am a huge fan of smocking as it is so flattering and comfortable. I have this bikini from Tory Burch in a different colorway and it is always my go-to (last seen in the Bahamas here). The floral print is subtle and easy to pair with anything from a pareo to a pair of white linen pants.
